GAME RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. GAME RULES


Eligibility

Participation is reserved for eligible adults aged 18 and above, registered on the Let’s CML platform.


How to Play

  1. Log in to your Let’s CML account.
  2. Click on “Play”.
  3. Match the Gnaoua-inspired icons.
  4. Discover what you unlock.
  5. Continue your journey on Let’s CML.


Game Rewards

Participants may unlock the following reward:

  • Points added to their Let’s CML account.


Participation Limit

Each user is entitled to one play per day throughout the activation period. Unused plays cannot be carried over to the following day.


Reward Allocation

Rewards are allocated automatically through the Let’s CML platform after validation. Points are linked to the user’s Let’s CML account and cannot be transferred to another user.


2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Activation Period

This game is available exclusively during the Gnaoua Festival period. Any participation outside of this period will not be considered valid.


Participation Conditions

Participation is reserved for eligible adults aged 18 and above with a valid Let’s CML account. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any participation that does not meet the eligibility or platform requirements.


Participation Limit

Each participant is allowed one play per day during the activation period. This limit is strictly enforced by the platform and cannot be bypassed or transferred.


Rewards

Rewards are subject to availability, eligibility, platform rules, activation conditions, and final validation. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.


Points

Points won through the game are credited to the user’s Let’s CML account and can be used in accordance with the platform’s reward rules.


Technical Conditions

The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issue, connection failure, device malfunction, or platform interruption that may affect access to the game or reward allocation.


Fraud and Misuse

Any attempt to manipulate the game, create multiple accounts, misuse the platform, or bypass the rules may result in the immediate cancellation of participation and/or reward, without prior notice.


Modification or Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the game or its rewards in case of technical issues, force majeure, operational constraints, or any situation beyond its control.


Personal Data

Any personal data processed as part of this game will be handled in accordance with the applicable platform privacy rules and data protection requirements.


Final Validation

All rewards are subject to final system validation. The Organizer’s decision regarding participation, reward allocation, and eligibility is final and cannot be contested.
